This is by far my most favorite pillow of all time. The support as a side sleeper, is unmatched. Not too soft yet firm. Sleeps cool as well. I have neck and shoulder issues so this is amazing.

Size, feel and materials
- Size: approx. 64 × 40 cm
- Two heights in one pillow: a 12 cm edge for side sleepers and a 9 cm edge for back sleepers
- Core: high-density (60D) slow-rebound memory foam. It moulds to your head and neck, then springs back to its shape, so it doesn't go flat overnight
- Feel: medium-firm. Soft enough to be comfortable, firm enough to hold your head in place all night
- Cover: breathable ice silk that feels cool to the touch, with a zip so it comes off for washing
- Shape: butterfly contour with a centre dip for your head, side wings with room for your arms and shoulder cut-outs
The supplier describes the foam as hypoallergenic.
How to use it and your first week
- Pick your edge. Side sleepers: put the higher 12 cm edge under your neck. Back sleepers: use the lower 9 cm edge. Front sleepers: lower edge, head turned to one side.
- Rest your head in the centre dip so your neck sits on the raised edge, not your head.
- Give it a week. A contoured pillow feels different from a flat one. Most people need a few nights to settle in, and some try both edges before deciding.

Care and cleaning
- Cover: unzip and machine wash on a gentle, cool cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low.
- Foam: don't machine wash or tumble dry it. Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
- New-foam scent: a slight smell is normal for new memory foam. Leave the pillow out of its packaging in a ventilated room and it fades within about 24 hours.
- Keep the foam out of direct sunlight, which can harden it over time.
With your free spare cover, you always have a clean one ready.

- Used pillows are fine to return. Please send it back with its zipped cover, clean and in reasonable condition.
- You don't need the original box. Any secure packaging is fine.
- On a 2-pillow order you can return one or both. Return one and we refund half the price you paid for the pair.
How to return
- Email support@powappliances.com with your order number and whether you're returning one or both pillows.
- We reply within 2 working days with the return address and, for UK orders, a prepaid returns label.
- Pack the pillow and cover and send it back. Please contact us before sending anything, so we can match it to your order.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method, and email you when it's done.
Returns from the UK are free. Change-of-mind returns from Australia are sent back at your own cost. If your pillow is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you don't pay anything. The trial is on top of your statutory rights. Full refund policy.

How to sleep on it
Two edges, two heights. Pick the one that matches how you sleep.

Which side should I use?
Side sleepers usually prefer the higher edge, back sleepers the lower one. Try both for a few nights.
How firm is it?
Medium. High-density memory foam that gives under your head, then holds you in place. Soft enough to be comfortable, firm enough not to flatten overnight.
What size is it?
Approx. 64 × 40 cm. One edge is 12 cm high (for side sleepers), the other is 9 cm (for back sleepers).
Will it help my neck?
It's designed to keep your head, neck and shoulders in line and to let the muscles around them relax, which many people find more comfortable. It isn't a medical device. If you have an ongoing neck condition, check with your GP or physio.
How long does it take to get used to?
A contoured pillow feels different from a flat one. Give it a week of nights before you decide — you have 60.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The ice silk cover zips off and goes in the washing machine on a gentle, cool cycle. Don't wash the foam itself; spot clean and air it.
Is it hypoallergenic?
The supplier describes the memory foam as hypoallergenic, and the cover is washable so you can keep it fresh.
Does it come with a pillowcase?
It comes with its own zipped ice silk cover, so you don't need a separate pillowcase. Standard pillowcases won't fit the butterfly shape well.
Does it smell when it arrives?
New memory foam can have a slight scent. Take it out of the packaging and it fades within about 24 hours.
