Where is my order

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery is free and tracked.

ARIA Therapy

• United Kingdom: 2–6 working days, sent from a UK warehouse.

ARIA pillow

• United Kingdom: 7–10 working days.
• Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 working days.
• United States: 6–12 working days.

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it. If you have an account, you'll also find it under your orders.

Still waiting?

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days (ARIA Therapy), 10 working days (pillow, UK), 12 working days (pillow, US) or 14 working days (pillow, Australia and New Zealand), or the tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, email support@powappliances.com with your order number. A real person will reply within 2 working days and we'll chase the courier or send a replacement.

Remember, your trial starts on the day your order arrives, not the day you order: 60 nights for the pillow, 99 days for ARIA Therapy.
