Which side should I use?

Side sleepers usually prefer the 12 cm edge, back sleepers the 9 cm edge. Try both for a few nights.

How firm is it?

Medium. High-density memory foam that gives under your head, then holds you in place, so it doesn't flatten overnight.

What size is it?

Approx. 64 × 40 cm, with a 12 cm edge and a 9 cm edge.

Will it help my neck?

It's designed to keep your head, neck and shoulders in line so the muscles around them can relax, which many people find more comfortable. It isn't a medical device. If you have an ongoing neck condition, check with your GP or physio.

How long does it take to get used to?

A contoured pillow feels different from a flat one. Give it a week of nights before you decide — you have 60.

Can I wash it?

The ice silk cover zips off and goes in the washing machine on a gentle, cool cycle. Don't wash the foam; spot clean and air it.

Does it smell when it arrives?

New memory foam can have a slight scent. Take it out of the packaging and it fades within about 24 hours.

Does it come with a pillowcase?

It comes with its own zipped ice silk cover. Standard pillowcases won't fit the butterfly shape well.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free and tracked, and orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

What if I don't like it?

You have 60 nights from delivery. Email support@powappliances.com and we'll send you a free returns label and refund you in full. Used pillows are fine — just send it back with its cover. This is on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel. How returns work.

How many should I order?

One per sleeper. The 2-pack costs less per pillow than buying two singles.
