Shipping policy

This policy covers the ARIA Ergonomic Butterfly Pillow, sold as 1, 2 or 3 pillows.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

United Kingdom

• Delivery: free on every order, tracked, arriving within 5–12 working days of ordering.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Australia

• Delivery: free on every order, tracked, arriving within 7–14 working days of ordering.
• Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

New Zealand

• Delivery: free on every order, tracked, arriving within 7–14 working days of ordering.
• Prices are shown and charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

United States

• Delivery: free on every order, tracked, arriving within 6–12 working days of ordering.
• Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. The product page and basket show your estimated delivery dates before you check out.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take a few days to start updating. You can also check your order on our Where's my order page.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 12 working days (UK and United States) or 14 working days (Australia and New Zealand), or it arrives damaged, email support@powappliances.com with your order number. For damage, please include a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
