Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier's website.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Missing or Delayed Packages If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vibronater@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.

Damages During Transit We pack our appliances securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vibronater@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the item's condition and the packaging so we can arrange a swift replacement.
