Shipping policy

This policy covers the 50cm cordless LED wall light, sold as 1 pack, 2 pack or 4 pack.

Cost. Tracked UK delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend. We do not charge a shipping fee.

Dispatch. 1–3 working days after you order. Working days skip weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery. 5–10 working days after dispatch, tracked, to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

You will get a tracking email when the parcel leaves. Allow a day for tracking to update.

If the parcel has not arrived after the delivery window, or it arrives damaged, email support@powappliances.com with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
