This guarantee covers ARIA Therapy, our heated knee massager, sold as 1 massager or 2 massagers and bought from powappliances.com.

99 days to decide

Use ARIA Therapy for 99 days from the day it's delivered. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund of the price you paid for the massager.

• Used massagers are fine to return.
• Please send it back with its straps and charging cable, clean and in reasonable condition.
• The original box isn't needed. Any secure packaging is fine.
• For a 2-massager order, you can return one or both. If you return one, we refund half the price you paid for the pair.

Free returns from the UK

Returns from UK addresses are free. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

If you ordered from outside the UK, change-of-mind returns are sent back to our UK address at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us. If your massager is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you don't pay anything (see below).

How to return

1. Email support@powappliances.com with your order number and whether you're returning one or both massagers.
2. We reply within 2 working days with the return address and, for UK orders, a prepaid label.
3. Pack the massager, straps and cable and send it back.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it and email you when it's done.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your return to your order.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it.
• Delivery is free, so there's no delivery charge to refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your massager arrives damaged, develops a fault or isn't what you ordered, email support@powappliances.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. If we need the item back, we'll cover the return postage.

Your legal rights

The 99-day guarantee is on top of your statutory rights. UK customers can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this guarantee limits those rights.
