Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made at powappliances.com. POW Care is a trading name of POW Appliances, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Trading address: 4–6 Hall Street, Bilston, WV14 0AB, United Kingdom. Email support@powappliances.com.

What we sell

We sell the ARIA Ergonomic Butterfly Pillow (in packs of 1, 2 or 3), the ARIA Spare Pillow Cover and the Sterila UV toilet night light. Products are for domestic use. Product photos are for illustration; colours may vary slightly on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK customers, Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers, New Zealand dollars (NZD) for New Zealand customers and US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. We are not VAT registered. You pay in full when you place your order. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Your order

When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order and email you a tracking link. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or we can't deliver to your address.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

Returns, refunds and the 60-night trial

You can try ARIA for 60 nights and return it for a refund, as set out in our refund policy. The trial is in addition to your legal rights.

Your legal rights

UK customers: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.

Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

New Zealand customers: our goods come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and nothing in these terms limits them.

US customers: you keep any rights you have under the federal and state consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, email support@powappliances.com and we'll reply within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law of your country or state gives you.
