ARIA pillow

United Kingdom: free tracked delivery in 7–10 working days.
Australia: free tracked delivery in 7–14 working days. Prices are shown in AUD at checkout.
New Zealand: free tracked delivery in 7–14 working days. Prices are shown in NZD at checkout.
United States: free tracked delivery in 6–12 working days. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. The product page and basket show your estimated delivery dates before you order.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

ARIA Therapy is delivered to UK addresses. The ARIA pillow is delivered to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

If something goes wrong

Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days (ARIA Therapy), 10 working days (pillow, UK), 12 working days (pillow, US) or 14 working days (pillow, Australia and New Zealand), email support@powappliances.com with your order number and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
Arrived damaged? Email us a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
