On top of that statutory right, POW Appliances offers a 30-day promotional returns window from delivery, on 1 pack, 2 pack and 4 pack orders. Email support@powappliances.com with your order number to start a return.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. The 30-day promotional window sits on top of the statutory 14 days. It does not replace it.
