You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. That right applies to the 50cm cordless LED wall light regardless of any promotional guarantee.

On top of that, we offer a 30-day promotional returns window from delivery, on 1 pack, 2 pack and 4 pack orders. If the lamp is not right, email support@powappliances.com with your order number and we will tell you how to send it back.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. The 30-day window does not replace the statutory 14 days. It sits on top of it.
